Our City and Guilds qualified rescue personnel bring operational experience from extensive emergency service backgrounds in fire service, ambulance service, mountain rescue, mines rescue and the coastguard. We offer many other services from first aid and fire marshal training to IRATA qualified rope access teams and IFEDA qualified fire engineers to ensure your fire extinguisher servicing is completed to the highest of standards.Our latest service offering is the provision of DEFRA module 4&5 safety and rescue boats crewed by RYA licensed swift water technicians. We can also provide floating work pontoon platforms and work boats for clearing debris and vegetation from river outflows and bank sides. We are based in the North East of England but we operate all over UK providing support for our clients when they need us most. We specialise in providing added value during planned and unplanned business outages by providing occupational health services and emergency fire cover to ensure your site is as safe as it can be.

                                    CORONA VIRUS UPDATE:

-ResQsupport shall continue to supply Emergency Response Teams, Confined Space Rescue teams and Confined Space work support to critical infrastructure and key worker projects.Some examples of these projects include power station outages, emergency works on sewer/gas/electricity installations and other such environments that are deemed key to the continued service requirements of the UK.


All works shall be subject to a specific COVID 19 Coronavirus risk assessment and needs assessment that can clearly demonstrate the urgent need and rationale of works.


During the Pandemic period, ResQsupport shall ensure the highest standards of infection control and decontamination of equipment. ResQsupport shall at all times observe the guidance offered by the Government during this crisis and remains at a state of operational readiness 24/7.

- We shall soon be launching our new Pearson Edexcell Level 4 BTEC in First Person On Scene (FPOSI) and extended skills courses. These qualifications have been designed for people that wish to use advanced first aid procedures and intend to work as First Responders in the community, security and event medical cover sectors. -We have now begun our final testing phase of our new Drone capability. Our drone Pilots are in training to achieve their CAA approved Pilot training and Pix4D digital mapping and modelling. Our high specification commercial drones can provide high definition video and thermal video surveys relative to your specific needs. This can then be augmented with the Pix4D digital model that will enable you to review areas in detail from multiple angles. Our service launches in December 2018
